Documentation

All Fire & Evacuation Systems installations are fully documented to ensure a precise, permanent record of the installation is always available. All our fire systems are designed, installed, commissioned and documented in accordance with all current codes and practises.

All AFES new installations are complemented by our comprehensive handover documentation package which includes full commissioning data and readings, fire system block plans, as installed wiring diagrams, wiring schematics, cause and effect, operation and maintenance manuals and data sheets are also provided at handover. Along with full initial and on-going staff training, we ensure that all stake-holders and relevant personnel are confident and assured in their response to an emergency if the need arises.

Maintenance

All fire alarm systems installed by All Fire & Evacuation Systems are backed up by 12 months routine maintenance testing in accordance and compliance with AS1851:2012.

We can also conduct maintenance testing of any fire system not installed by AFES. In this instance AFES would initially conduct a full system test of all components and provide a full status report including up to date base-line data to allow ongoing monitoring of the system.
